Bij deze blog is ervanuit gegaan dat de gegevens die de student van vorig jaar gebruikte juist waren. Je hebt dus niet nog een keer de Central Tendancy berekend maar een grafiek gemaakt om zo de uitschieters en het verloop aan te tonen.

De student heeft gelijk als hij zegt dat bij de investeringen de midrange veel hoger ligt dan de mediaan. De midrange ligt echter ook veel hoger dan het gemiddelde. Er zijn inderdaad ook enkele outliers die de dataset beïnvloeden.
De Central tendency is robuust want als we de extreme waarden weglaten dan zie je dat de trimmed mean gelijkaardig loopt met de winsorized mean.
