Hier heb je de juiste berekeningen gemaakt en heb je het resultaat uit de juiste kolom afgelezen. De andere kolom zijn niet fout, maar de 5e kolom was de meest aangewezen.

Men wil hier weten tussen welke waarden de totale productie ligt bij 80% kans.
Als men dan gewoon aan de uiteinden 10% weglaat dan heeft men nog 80% over.
Symmetrie moet er altijd zijn dus gewoon simpel langs beide uiteinden 10% eraf nemen.
Er blijft nog 80% over en dan moet men zien' in de tabellen of met het blote oog' op de grafiek waar nu de waarden van de totale productie liggen.
Dit ligt ongeveer tussen de 90 en 111.
Er is dus 80% kans dat de waarden van de totale productie tussen de 90 en de 111 liggen.
De berekening is hier correct verlopen.

Op deze berekening is weinig aan te merken. De gevonden resultaten zijn correct afgelezen uit de juiste tabel (de 5de is de meest aangewezen).
