Zo te zien heeft de student hier, net als mezelf, handmatig alle data verwijderd die niet binnen de 'normale' grenzen lagen, om zo de uitschieters weg te krijgen. Een betere oplossing zou weer de R-code te veranderen.

De outliers hadden kunnen verwijderd worden via een formule maar ik denk dat niemand (of bijna niemand) wist hoe dit te doen. De outliers zijn hier volgens mij handmatig verwijderd, wat niet fout is.

De notched boxplot wordt niet beïnvloed door de uitschieters. De student toont dit aan door de uitschieters handmatig te verwijderen. Hij/zij had dit eventueel ook kunnen doen door een wijziging van de R-code.
