Aangezien je de blockwidth veranderd hebt van 12 naar 60 is het op de grafiek Notched box plots - Sequential blocks, is het onmogelijk om de neerwaartse trend te zien van de kledingproductie over 5 jaar.

Hoe je aan je antwoord komt, begrijp ik niet.

hier moeten we de jaren met elkaar gaan vergelijken in de notched boxplot. Er worden nu enkel de metingen van jaar 1 weergegeven dus kan je moeilijk vergelijken denk ik...

De block width moet ingesteld worden op 12, enkel dan kan men een juiste analyse maken. Er is inderdaad een dalende trend, maar die is niet echt uitgesproken. Men ziet namelijk dat de notches van jaar 1, 2, 3 en 4 in elkaar vallen. Hier kan men dus niet spreken over significant lager dan de andere. Het feit dat dit lager is valt te wijten aan pure toevalligheid. Men kan eventueel bemerken dat het 1ste jaar tov het 5de jaar bijna significant is omdat hier de notches minimaal uit elkaar liggen.

De block width moet ingesteld worden op 12, enkel dan kan men een juiste analyse maken omdat men hier jaar per jaar moet vergelijken.
