De waarde liggen allemaal boven de 114.51 dus de student heeft hier duidelijk niet de juiste parameters aangepast. De stepsize moet aan gepast worden aan 0.00005.
De cijfers die erbuiten liggen zijn 5% van de dataset.

Dit is correct. Dit is da andere 5% die buiten de dataset valt.
Vraag 3:
Hier is in de blog niets aangepast aan de highest quantile of de stepsize. Daarom trekt deze student ook de verkeerde conclusies. In de harrel Davis berekening moet je bij de highest quantile 0.999 invullen en bij de stepsize 0.00005 zo kom je
Dat de waarden bij 0.999 115.99 geeft dus de kans dat het meer dan 122.4 is is verschrikkelijk klein want 122.4 is al heel onwaarschijnlijk dat dit zal voorkomen.
