De grafieken verschillen inderdaad merkelijk. Het visuele gemiddelde ligt ver van elkaar en de spreiding lijkt wel omgekeerd te verlopen (links - rechts)

Het klopt inderdaad dat de waarden niet gelijk lopen. En dat die van Belgie hoger liggen dan die van Brussel.
