Het gaat hier inderdaad over een zeer lage correlatie.
Er is natuurlijk wel correlatie, maar een schamele 0.0425212799870432 of 4%.
Er is dus vrijwel geen samenhang tussen kleding productie en de investeringen.
Spijtig dat er niet werd gezegd dat er wel een serieuze correlatie was geweest als die twee puntjes links vanboven (outliers) er niet zouden geweest zijn.
Er kon een mooie rechte getrokken worden tussen die ander puntjes en er zou dan een perfecte symmetrie geweest zijn met een stijgende rechte.

Er is een zeer lage correlatie.
De 2 outliers bovenaan hebben een enorme invloed op de correlatie (rechte gaat afbuigen)
--> geen samenhang tussen kleding productie en de investeringen.
