Ik kan nergens terugvinden over welke periode deze gegevens handelen, mogelijk volgende keer vermelden in het document of bij de reeks zelf.
De source bij de blog is Belgostat, hier hoort een link te staan naar de eigenlijke reeks zelf.
De reeks zelf maakt vrij grote niet seizoen gebonde sprongen, indien je deze outliers kan verklaren is deze reeks bruikbaar.
Verondersteld dat de gegevens niet seizoens gezuiverd zijn wat ik niet heb nagekeken door ontbreken van een source link.

Deze grafiek bevat enkel outliers. Je kan ofwel de reden hiervoor eens opzoeken zodat je dat kan verklaren ofwel kan je deze gegevens vervangen. Misschien is het ook interessant om beide te doen.
