de beslissing van het top management zal afhangen van de productiekosten en de voordelen die erbij komen kijken voor de klanten wanneer ze betere kwaliteit produceren.

De beslissing hangt af van de keuze van alpha, de productiekosten en het voordeel dat je hebt ten opzichte van de klanten. Het is niet louter een kwestie van statistiek.
