Ik denk dat je de vraag verkeerd begrepen hebt. We gebruiken hier de 1-sided P-value omdat de fraude maar in 1 richting kan gebeuren, nl te veel vet. Enkel meer vet kan een financieel voordeel opleveren voor de leverancier.
We zien ook dat de null hypothese niet verworpen mag worden. Het is dus aan het toeval te wijten dat de sample mean (15.46%) afwijkt van de vooropgestelde 15% vetgehalte. Als we een klacht zouden sturen bestaat er een kans van 41% (p-value) dat we ons vergissen.

Je hebt verkeerde waarden ingegeven. Bijvoorbeeld 0.1546 ipv 15.46. Het staat procentueel uitgedrukt in de opgave. Je redenering klopt wel.
