We hebben de kleinste 5% en de grootste 5% weggenomen uit de observaties. We kunnen een duidelijk verschil waarnemen tussen de grafiek, die we getransformeerd hebben, en de oorspronkelijke grafiek. Dit kunnen we verklaren door het feit dat de invloed van de extreem lage en hoge observaties weggenomen is, waardoor de spreiding is verkleind. Volgens mij is de seizoenaliteit verminderd, doordat de inkepingen van de boxplots dichter bij elkaar liggen en elkaar meer overlappen.

De daling van de kledingsindustrie is niet langer signifaicant na het uitfilteren van de 5% uitersten(noches overlapen elkaar).
