Als we naar deze Notched Boxplot kijken, kunnen we vaststellen dat de mediaan van de vierde variabele beduidend lager ligt dan het basisjaar, alsook in vergelijking met de andere variabelen. Ook het betrouwbaarheidsinterval van deze laatste variabele ligt relatief ver verwijderd van de intervallen van de overige 3 variabelen. We zouden ook naar de getallen in de tabel kunnen kijken en dan merken we dat de getallen van de lower en upper bound van deze mediaan zijn veel kleiner ten opzichte van de anderen. Dit alles kan wijzen op een slechte evolutie van de vierde variabele. Daarentegen moeten we wel rekening houden met de outliers van de investments time series. Deze kunnen mogelijk een wat vertekend beeld geven.

De investeringen zijn het sterkst gedaald, aangezien de mediaan van deze boxplot significant lager ligt dan de anderen.
Ook zijn de investeringen het sterkst gedaalt van alle reeksen (en niet door toevel, geen overlapping van de notches)
