Deze vraag werd redelijk goed beantwoord. Er werden vijf verschillende categorieën bepaald. Een eerste categorie bevat 1, 2, 4, 6, 10, 11 en 30.Eén, 2, 10 en 11 zijn zo goed als gelijk op gebied van cyl, disp, hp, drat, wt, qsec en mpg. Vier en zes hebben geen of minder drat. Dertig heeft een iets mindere qsec. Een tweede categorie is 12, 13, 14, 22 en 23.Deze zijn zo goed als gelijk. Het grootst verschil tussen deze is dat 22 geen drat heeft en de anderen een beetje.Een derde categorie is 3, 8, 9, 18, 19, 20, 21, 26, 27, 28, 32.Deze hebben allemaal gelijk dat ze geen cyl hebben. Verder beschikken 19, 20 en 28 niet over wt.Een vierde categorie is 15, 16 en 17.Zij beschikken over geen of zeer weinig drat en mpg. Verder beschikken zij ook over zeer veel disp, cyl en wt. Een vijfde categorie is 5, 7, 24, 25, 29, 31. Zij beschikken over zeer veel cyl.Verder beschikken zij over zeer weinig of zelfs geen mpg en qsec.

De conclusie is juist. De student heeft de 'stars' juist geïnterpreteerd.
