Uit het mean plot kunnen we niet afleiden dat de productie van kleding elk jaar lager ligt, wel dat er seizonaliteit aanwezig is in de datareeks (constante schommeling).

Voor deze vraag kun je je inderdaad beter baseren op Notched Box Plots Sequential Blocks. Hierbij ligt de mediaan elk jaar lager, maar niet significant lager aangezien de notches overeen komen, wat wil zeggen dat het om een toevalligheid gaat.

Wanneer we jaar 1 gaan vergelijken met jaar 5 is het nog een twijfelgeval aangezien de notches maar heel nipt overeenkomen.

Conclusie: er is een verschil maar geen significant verschil. (alles valt in elkaars betrouwheidsinterval).


De waarde van jaar 6 is inderdaad niet relevant om conclusies uit te trekken aangezien deze nog onvolledig is.

Student geeft correct aan dat er gebruik moet gemaakt worden van de Notched Box Plots Sequential Blocks. Ook klopt het dat de gegevens van jaar 6 hogere waarden hebben door de onvolledigheid ervan. Verder geen opmerkingen.
