Dit antwoord is volledig correct. We zien bij de autocorrelatie een langzaam dalend patroon dat wijst op een lange termijn trend. We hebben hier voor d=0 en D=0. We gaan de tijdreeks stationair maken. Hier hebben we d gelijkgesteld an1 en D gelijkgesteld aan 0. We kunnen nog wel seizonaliteit opsporen maar we zien een veel minder dalend verloop dan in het begin.
Als we d gelijkstellen aan 1 en D aan 1 dan zien we dat er geen seizonaliteit meer is en de lange termijn trend is ook weggewerkt. We hebben de tijdreeks stationair gemaakt

Deze stap is correct uitgevoerd. Bij de ACF kan je misschien best 60 lags laten weergeven dan 35

Bij de cumulative periodogram kon je nog besluiten dat er nog golfbewegingen te verklaren zijn omdat ze buiten het 95% betrouwbaarheidsinterval liggen. En deze mogelijk te verklaren zijn via de ARMA-processen. Indien de curve boven het interval ligt, kan verklaard worden door RA-processen en onder de curve via MA-processen. Maar dit is zeker niet optimaal.

We merken inderdaad een verbetering op maar toch ziet de reeks er niet uit als een diagonaal en ligt nog deels buiten het betrouwbaarheidsinterval. Dit wijst erop dat niet alles kan worden verklaard. Er is een zeer grote kans dat we dit in de ARMA processen zullen kunnen verklaren. Bij het cumulatief periodogram geldt de volgende vuistregel: indien het cumulatief periodogram van de tijdreeks een afwijking vertoont aan de bovenkant van de diagonaal, dan is het zeer waarschijnlijk dat we een AR proces zullen hebben. Dit is hier het geval. Wanneer we echter een afwijking onderaan hebben, duidt dit op een MA proces.

Zoals de student zegt, zijn zowel de LT-trend als de seizoenaliteit volledig verdwenen. We kunnen dus zeggen dat de tijdreeks stationair is.
Maar, wanneer we echter niets meer zouden kunnen verklaren, zou het cumulatief periodogram een diagonaal moeten vormen die tussen de betrouwbaarheidsintervallen blijft. Dit is hier niet het geval. Aangezien het periodogram een afwijking vertoond langs de bovenkant van de intervallen, kunnen we de voorspelbaarheid die zich nog steeds in de tijdreeks aanwezig is, verklaren aan de hand van een AR-proces.
